Why should I use Nouveau Design Australia?
Our experienced team have worked in all areas of design and marketing over the last 30 years.
We are passionate about our work and we care about our clients and their ongoing success.
Our main aim is to help you grow your business.
How will you learn about my business?
Initially we will meet face to face with you (when geographically possible) to learn about your business
and to discuss your needs. Then, depending upon your requirements and your brief, we will conduct
interviews with key personnel and research your market, competitors and industry to fully understand
your business.
Do you come to me?
It is our preferred option to meet with you face to face in our office at least once while working on your
business. However, as we are Sydney based only, this may not always be suitable depending upon
where you are located. Therefore, we are happy to correspond with you through emails, one to one
telephone or conference calls. We can provide pdf files of work for your approval and access codes or
links to view partially built websites.
How often should I update or review my marketing material?
To stay ahead of your competitors and to provide fresh product for your customers, we suggest regular
reviews of all your material. In most cases, a regular 12-month review will keep you on top.
However, as issues such as the stock market or the environment influence some sectors, you may
consider 3 or 6 monthly reviews.

How long will you take to complete my work?
Marketing and branding strategies are subject to a number of variables, but they can be turned around
in a number of weeks if necessary. Corporate Identity usually takes around two weeks. New Websites
can take anywhere from six weeks to three months depending upon content and size. Online Marketing, Advertising and Promotional Material can take from one week to over a month depending upon issues
such as printing, photography and access to databases.
What if I need it done urgently?
If you have an urgent job, we have the resources to turn it around quickly. However, with some items
such as printing or bookings with media, the prices may not be as competitive as normal.

What if I want to make changes?
When we quote on a job requiring design and artwork, we always allow in our cost at least one set of
author’s corrections. This allows you to make changes to the text or adjustments to the design. If we
continue to receive changes, then the cost for this additional work will be charged at our hourly rate.
What happens if there is a mistake?
We will always thoroughly check all work and make every effort to ensure there are no mistakes.
However, final responsibility lies with our clients as we ask you to sign off on all work before it goes
off to the media or printers.

Will you work on small jobs?
We understand not all jobs are going to be integrated advertising campaigns. Sometimes you might
need a little ad for the local papers or an amendment to a web page. Our flexible approach can
accommodate your requirements large or small.
Can I use my own service providers such as printers and photographers?
It is our preferred option to use our own suppliers as we have high standards and we can guarantee
the quality and delivery. However, if you do have a particular supplier you wish to use, we are happy
to look at their work. But be prepared; we will tell you what we think and whether they are up to the task
or not. Ultimately, it will be your decision.

How will I know how much everything costs?
We will supply you with a detailed quote for your approval prior to the commencement of your job.
Do you charge for meetings?
We offer a free consultation initially and then all other meetings are incorporated into our pricing structure.
When will I need to pay you?
New clients are asked to pay 50% up front and any supplier costs before they are incurred.
Remaining balance is due on completion. Ongoing client work is based on a 7-day account.
